So i decide to write the journal. few time ago, i choose to write a blog. but the blog have a such limited to decor. and for sure im not familiar with internet/technology term. so again, i decide to  choose a BOOK!

Writing a diary/Journal is good for the mind, and it helps reduce stress, as it brings out the day's worries. Getting thoughts out on paper helps people stay organized, keeps goals on track, and pulls the day's worries into the open. Writing is proven to be therapeutic, and many therapists suggest keeping a diary for their patients who need extra help in communications.

depends on you. any type of book we can used as a Personal Journal.  If you are planning to draw or stick things into the journal, plain paper may look more attractive, but are still easy with lined paper. I’ve used lined, dotted, plain paper and squared A6 loose leaf paper and 6 Ring Binder.

WASHI TAPE: Washi (和紙) is traditional Japanese paper. The word "washi" comes from wa meaning 'Japanese' and shi meaning 'paper'. The term is used to describe paper that uses local fiber, processed by hand and made in the traditional manner. Washi is made using fibers from the inner bark of the gampi tree, the mitsumata shrub (Edgeworthia chrysantha), or the paper mulberry (kōzo) bush. [1] As a Japanese craft it registered as a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage - wiki actually Washi tape are great for papercraft like gift wrapping, scrapbooking, card making, planners, art journaling, and Party decor.
